I have never been a Carnival fan. (let me say this first)Ok leaving from Baltimore was great boarding went very smooth. We went up to lido deck for something to eat and drink the rooms where not quite ready. No Biggie. While eating an employee ask if I wanted to order wine for dinner. Sure I said and order 7 bottles of wine for the dinners on cruise. 1st night they had open seating. I was told since it is open seating the wine I order could not be brought to this table because it was not my assigned table. After a long talk with different people I got the wine I ordered. My girlfriend Having sugar can't eat white bread I was told no wheat bread on this cruise.
So I am going no wonder I don't like carnival. But than what a change I have never gotten better service on a ship. My request for wheat bread was made fresh everyday for her hot out of the oven. Every Bar they remember not only our name but our folio #. The crew was fabulous.
Rooms 8109 was large and the stewart was great. When we carring our luggage in an officer was walking by and helped us. What a surprise. Plenty of storage balcony regular size.
food was good but not great service very good.
ports of call so so. freeport was the best stop. Loved the beach there. Just coming off a southern caribean cruise in apr maybe I being a little hard on the Bahamas.
the Ship was very clean and fun to be on.
Leaving Baltimore was just as easy.
