This cruise for us was very disappointing. In my opinion, what Celebrity states to offer is not what we received. Some of this ship is outdated, broken down and not kept up. We had computer issues causing us to have to skip one of the ports. There were computer issues once getting on board. The air conditioning was down during one of the afternoons. I had trash in my room from a prior cruise. My TV, remote and blow dryer had their own issue. The bed/mattress looked old and was very uncomfortable. The room was a decent size for a cruise ship and there was a nice storage area to store your belongings.
On many occasions the associates at Guest relations were inattentive. In the main dining the food selection appeared to be an expensive variety but our table was right next to the service area so we only ate there once. The buffet appeared to be closed more evenings than it was open. Be prepared, we did not have an electrical outlet in the bathroom that could be used for curling irons... The entertainment on the ship was not to our liking at all. No comedians and only one night of family type entertainment. Be prepared, the internet service is frustrating. Many of the minutes you paid for are spent on waiting time and not actual use time.
I did send a 7 page letter to Celebrity and I managed to get $225.00 certificates for use on a future cruise. This $225.00 amounts to about 10% of my cruise cost. This was an insult and will probably never be used.
