This ship has a all American crew who likes to lean on the rails of the ship and look out at the Islands.
Slow in cleaning off tables in the buffet area, Main dining room service is terrible, the food can be better in choices.
The crew likes to make fun of the passengers and they don't care if you heard the comment.
The guest service staff at times can be very rude, a lot of the crew don't like to answer your questions.
The music of hard rock and roll is very loud on the ship, a lot of complaints about the music at breakfast and lunch in the buffet area you think
since you are cruising the Hawaiian Islands the music should be on the Islands to keep the passengers in the spirit of being in Hawaii. (THIS NOT HAPPENING!).
Since NCL is the only cruise lines that offer a 7 day cruise out of Honolulu to the outer Islands you think Ncl would do this right, well guess again Ncl has a good thing going
but can do a lot BETTER here. Ncl should go all out to make their guest feel right at home as do the Hawaiians when you visit Hawaii, The Hawaiians are glad to see you and
Welcomes you Like Ohana's (FAMILY), To bad NCL has missed the boat on that one!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Ncl Pride of America is a beautiful ship and the decor is very American makes feel good again about being American.
Don't let me talk you out of this Hawaiian cruise the Islands are very beautiful and the Itinerary is a very good and the shore excursion that Ncl offer are
one of the best I've seen in all my 26 cruises and counting.
Make you own cruise happen to enjoy yourself and have fun and have respect for the Hawaiian Culture and the Hawaiian People.
We made our own cruise happen!
Mahalo.
