COMPLETE REVIEW
We had sailed the Majesty several years ago and swore we'd never sail her again . However, Wayne and I had the opportunity for a quick getaway for 3 days and didn't have too many options. I had read that the Majesty had been been refurbished and we were able to get on only a few days before the sailing so we decided to book.

I must say, we were so amazed at the changes that were made to the ship. All the things that were lacking for us before were now there. For example, when we sailed her previously, we came out of the disco looking for a midnight snack and were told we had to go to our our to order room service. We couldn't even get lemonade, ice cream, nothing. Well , now they have a pizza place, Sorrento's, where you can get 6 different kinds of pizza till the wee hours . You can also get hot chocolate, lemonade, etc. at Sorrento's. It's a beautiful room with many tables. You can even sit there and just chat, play cards, etc. They've added a Jonny Rockets and a deli. The Windjammer was redone and is as large and with as many choices as the larger ships, like the Navigator. They've also added Bolero's,, a latin lounge. The changes were so dramatic that I couldn't even figure out how they had changed the ship to accommodate these changes.

The food at the Windjammer was amazing. The choices were incredible with the Asian section, the grill, Italian, carving section, salad bar, dessert bar and the main selections. Just unbelievable. They had everything imaginable. The service in the Windjammer was excellent, with the staff serving you whatever you drank, whether it was water, lemonade or bar drinks. If you're not familiar with the Windjammer, all I can say is that you can sit anywhere you want , with a view that is unbelievable, with floor to ceiling windows. In fact, one night we were the first to enter the Windjammer for dinner and the staff was lined up in a row to greet us and applaud for us. I felt like we had just walked down the aisle after saying our vows. That was a first for us.

We did not get off the ship at the ports since we had taken this cruise in order to just kick back and relax. We had the ship to ourselves, for the most part, which was wonderful. The shows were pretty good, though they do not compare to the shows on Carnival, which are much for glamorous. We did enjoy the comedian. We loved the 70's disco parties that they had several of during the weekend.

Embarkation was immediate. We got to the port , checked in and were aboard in no time. Debarkation was the fastest we have even gotten off any ship. We did the early and took our own luggage .

Now that this ship has been redone , we love her and will definitely do another Majesty cruise as soon as we can get away again. She exceeded our expectaions, by far, and we had a wonderfully relaxing cruise.
