Dining was a serious disappointment - our table request was made 15 months ahead but was not correct; our table was changed - to a side room. Our waiter spoke little English, barely spoke and never anticipated our preferences.Service was slow - we missed entirely the first evening's show as a result. Several orders came wrong, when we questioned our meal the waiter and steward either argued or grudgingly changed it. Dress code was not enforced; a couple came dressed in shorts and t-shirt - this lowers the atmosphere and experience of dining. Also no sommelier which was disappointing. We began to frequent specialty dining to avoid the main dining room, that said specialty dining was absolutely excellent and so much fun!
The ship is beautiful, spotless and great features - loved playing mini golf while cruising! However, solarium pool was cooler than outside pool. Also, even though this is advertised as adults only, RCI committed 4 hrs daily to family swims. The solarium adults only pool is the first thing we look for when selecting a ship so this was also disappointing.
Entertainment, the cruise director and his staff were great and lots of fun!
Overall though, I don't think we received value for money.
