Disney Cruise Line will base three of its four ships at Port Canaveral during early 2015, the cruise line announced this morning, continuing its strong commitment to Brevard County’s seaport.
Disney announced these plans for service from January through April 2015:
- The Dream will have three- and four-night sailings to the Bahamas, with stops in Nassau and Castaway Cay, Disney’s private island.
- The Magic will have seven-night sailings to the Western Caribbean, with two itineraries. One route takes passengers to Key West, Grand Cayman, Cozumel and Castaway Cay. The other will stop in Cozumel. Grand Cayman, Falmouth and Castaway Cay.
- The Fantasy will have seven-night sailings to the Eastern Caribbean, with two itineraries. One will stop in St. Maarten, San Juan and Castaway Cay. The other will stop in St. Thomas, San Juan and Castaway Cay.
- Disney’s fourth ship, the wonder will be based in Miami during early 2015, with four-night sailings to the Bahamas and five-night sailings to the Caribbean.
Disney said it will start taking reservations for the 2015 cruises on Thursday.
