  1. Seven day cruise from Tampa. Cozumel, Belize, Mahogany Bay, Isla Roatan and Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. This is a clone from our April 29, 2018 cruise on the Miracle. After our cruise we will head to our 3 week TS at Siesta Key. We enjoyed the Miracle so much we decided to do this repeat cruise. Attached is some photos from our 2018 cruise on the Miracle:

  2. I could say the cliche of "the last cruise ship I sailed on is my favorite", but in this case it would be true! The Crazies sailed on the Coral Princess in April and that truly is my favorite ship so far. It is a bit different in that the dining venues are all in the front, but for a ship that sails to places such as the Panama Canal and Alaska, it makes sense. I also love the way the public rooms have been redone, with lots of rich tones, wood, and wall art. It makes these venues seem warm and inviting. The layout of the lido restaurant was very functional, yet spacious - we never had to search for a table, and we weren't sitting on top of one another. There were plenty of deck chairs in great spaces and always seemed to be bathrooms and bars nearby! In our 28 cruises we have never "met" a ship we did't like, but I truly felt relaxed and at home on this ship.

  3. Yes! We didn’t cross it, but stood at one of the archways taking photos. It’s so unique and beautiful in all it’s ancient glory, and at first, seeing all the shops, you don’t realize you’re even on a bridge. Definitely putting this on my list to explore more in depth next time around.? So you can see the ship size comparison, here is a photo of both Epic and Vision of the Seas anchored off shore.

  4. No need to go to Monaco or elsewhere if you don’t want. There is a lot to see in Cannes. Just takes a little footwork. David wasn’t up to the challenge today and stayed on board, so I climbed the pretty cobblestone streets for this view.? No worries- the knees are all good, and clouds and a little drizzle kept the heat down!

  5. Bon Jour, CruiseCrazies! We are in Cannes, France, today. Cannes is a tender port and a hopping off point for Monaco and Nice, but I am enjoying a leisurely morning on my balcony and then going into Cannes to check out the town. We’re pretty exhausted after our day in Florence, and figure we’ll do Monaco the next time around. It’s a bit cloudy today, with a high predicted of 72, which is fine by me. Last night, we managed to get a seat in The Cavern, the place where the Epic Beatles perform their show, made to look like the club in Liverpool where the Fab Four got their start. It’s a small venue with limited seating, standing room only, but it’s a fun show. John looks like the real thing, and though the rest of the guys are sporting some pretty bad wigs, they did a great job with the music and the likenesses. Otherwise, they rocked the place! Because the place is so small, I would think that NCL would have them do at least one show in the theatre, since they’re so popular. One for the suggestion box!
