Very good common sense advise everybody should follow. Thanks for posting. Years ago in my first life my late wife had a thief grab money from her rear jean pocket at a fall festival. I was walking a few feet behind her and my young daughters at the time and made a leap and tackled the culprit. He tried to stab me with surgical scissors so I cold cocked him and held him for the police. He had a very long arrest record and carried the scissors because as a felon he would be arrested for carrying a knife!

For us it's sea days and then see places. In life it seems like we are constantly going from point A to point B and never have time to truely relax, For us, sea days are totaly relaxing!

A B2B cruise is just a warm up to a B2B2B cruise!

We certainly did. Years ago we took a cruise to the Panama Canal on the old Zenith. We had a ship excursion booked for the dome train to the Pacific side and back, however it was canceled because not enough folks signed up. Instead we went on an excursion thru a rain forest and we had to wait while one of the passengers lay flat on the ground to film a colony of ants crossing our path. I controlled my urge to go up to the front of the line and stomp on them!

We've never been to Bermuda or the Bermuda Triangle! I will be driving back from a short business trip so I will miss it.

We go on cruises to have fun and we do enjoy the food--including desserts. We don't go to the gym, however we seldom take the elevators as the stairs make great exercise equipment. We also walk around the ship a few times after breakfast and lunch and we dance in the evening. On our last cruise, which was 10 days, I gained 3 lbs which came off a week after arriving home and Rita did not gain.

All's well that ends well! It will be interesting to find out what caused the fire and what steps are needed to prevent this from happening again on this ship and other ships.

We enjoyed reading your very nice review. Plumbing issues on HAL ships seem to be an ongoing probem. Maybe they do need what Kevin has suggested!

We've cruised from Tampa, FLL, Miami, Port Canaveral, Galveston, San Pedro, Vancouver, New Orleans and Mobile. Our favorite was Mobile, maybe because it was our nearest. Our favorite FL port is Tampa.

Another welcome aboard from the two of us. We will 'sea' you in Sept.
