  1. Don't take no for an answer!
  2. We use a JVC Digital Video Camera GR-DVP3 - Mini DV &Digital Still. http://www.jvc.com/product.jsp?modelId=MODL026270&page=3 It has a 128 SD memory card that will hold about 400 - 1024 X 768 photos--if no video clips are added. It will take an hours worth of digital video film in the high quality mode. We bought it in St. Thomas 3 years ago. It does very well in daylight, however, at night or low light it is so small that it is hard to hold it steady for high quality photos. We just bought a small table top tripod--that should help. The main reason we bought the camera is the cpmpact size.
  3. Welcome back 007 & Moneypenny. We love to hear how others enjoy cruising as much as we do. We would especially like to take a canal cruise in the not to distant future. Your cruise review told the story the way we like to hear it!
  4. beachbum, have a great "Holiday" cruise!
  5. The link will not work on this Commodore 64 I am using here at work. Maybe I need to upgrade. I will try it this evening at home on the 286! If that one doesn't work, we'll try the laptop. The photo looks great--except for one thing--where or where is the drink on the day?
  6. Have a great back to back cruise, PEB!
  7. bljohnson. If you are going to snorkel you might want to purchase an underwater disposable camera at your local Walmart or facsimile. It will save you a few $s. Also, don't forget to take the CruiseCrazies cabin door hang!  http://www.cruisecrazies.com/DoorSign.bmp
  8. Elena, Here's a website that might help you out. It looks like it will be a great place to visit. http://www.waterfordtourism.org/
  9. ..you open your closet and you see orange life jackets. If you need more convincing--just flush the toilet!
  10. Sure it is--from Jack Daniel's own orchard!
  11. Joyce, That's a neat site--maybe I can talk Rita into leaving a towel animal and chocolate on my pillow at night!
  12. Good looking photo Skipper!
  13. Tamara--don't be stressed--you are going on a cruise in less than 24 hours! We are the ones stressed--we are not going on a cruise for a long long time! Be happy! Have a CruiseCrazies' drink of the day & relax!
  14. We like to listen to almost all forms of music, and if inspired by the beat, or by the romantic lyrics of a slow song, we will get up and dance--even if it means we are the only ones on the dance floor. When on a cruise we are far from bashful! Some songs are a must to dance to--like "Crazy" by Patsy Cline. Even "YMCA" is a must!
  15. It seems we see more and more theme cruises being advertised. It could be because there is more ships and cruises available then when we started cruising--which was seven years ago. Our next cruise, the Zaandam, goes in dry-dock right after our cruise--they are adding a Neptune Lounge. The first cruise after dry-dock is a jazz music cruise. We would probably be interested in some theme cruises--perhaps country music or a Jeep Jamboree at sea. Boy, that would be very interesting! We like to dance so perhaps a "Bar Room Dancing" cruise in lieu of Ball Room dancing? What's your ideas for a theme cruise?
  16. ONOYAGE Have a great Alaskan cruise Tamara! Have a beer for us at the Red Dog Saloon in Juneau.
  17. Same here, 11 cruises & no dining with the Captain.
  18. Skipper--thanks for the review, taking a Princess cruise is definitely on our agenda.
  19. We are sorry your cruise is over, Skipper--but welcome home anyway!
