Tamara, We always list Vancouver as one of our most enjoyable embarkation ports. We have only been to your city that one time--but we loved it. We stayed in the hotel across the avenue from Canada Place. A bunch of us did a walking tour of the area the night before the cruise. We stopped at a great restaurant that was also a mini brewery--can't remember the name. The food was outstanding! We cruised on the Statendam and it was neat seeing the ship docked so close to our hotel. HAL had check-in at the hotel and walked us across the avenue for our boarding. :cool: :cool:

zazzy, What a great cruise for your first! We sailed the old Westerdam a few years ago--however, it wasn't to the Mediterranean. Maybe one day!

Longdriver, Welcome to CruiseCrazies! We just cruised on Celebrity last December. We filled out all the forms on line without any problems. All we needed was our booking number. You don't have to fill in the forms on line. You can fill them out when you get your docs prior to your cruise and turn them in when you check in. That is what most people do, anyway.

Rita's is her Cayman Islands tote. It is amazing all the stuff she can put in it. When we get off the ship in a port, we lack for nothing! On our last cruise she did buy a Tortola tote, which is the same size. I hope she's not planning on me carrying one! Mine is my Senior Frogs hat--I never cruise without it! :cool: :cool:
