  1. I keep looking for them but to no avail. I was a big fan of theirs too. I'm familiar with Pelham Road. At the end of North Avenue on Pelham Road is a great family style Italian restaurant called The Pines or Frankie and Johnnie's.
  2. O.K. What are some of the decisions these captains are making? We don't usually hear about cruise ship accidents so frequently.

  5. Hey Jeff, What an impressive number of cruises. I feel like such an cruising infant. You must have really loved the Britanis.

  9. Thanks again, Jeff, for this interesting entry. I'm inclined to agree with you. One of my goals was to sail on some of the older ships to experience that old cruise liner feel. However, even though I enjoyed myself on the Regal Empress, I am now inclined to lean toward the newer ships with larger staterooms and more variety in food. I've changed my cruising goal to attempt to sail to ports I haven't been before on slightly newer ships.

  11. Porthole Magazine listed "the best of" cruise lines and ships in one of its issues. Let's create our own survey by posting amenities and services provided by cruise lines that are important to us. Carnival Cruise Lines received about 1/3 of all of the recognition. Let's see how it fares on the Cruise Crazy board. We are a disguishing crowd of savvy cruisers. After we do that, we can post a few polls to see where Cruise Crazies stand on cruising issues. We can take the top 5, 6, or more and create the polls to see which line is tops on the board. What do you say? I'll start off with: "Best Food" Cruise Line = Carnival Cruise Line "Best Food" Ship = Carnival Destiny
