    Good ideas, Jan. I rarely use the straws, but on a cruise ship with a cold pina colada it's a must. I wouldn't mind washing my own straw or reusable water bottle. Turning off the lights and closing the balcony door seem to be common sense... shouldn't be hard to remember.

    Jan, have a wonderful, and safe, cruise to Bermuda! Will love to hear all about it when you return...or better yet, by your great way of communicating with us from the ship with great pictures. Don't expect that though, since you do need time to rest up and enjoy the cruise.

    Wow! Another ship I would love to be on. The large balconies look great, and I would love to have a sky suite!

    Wow! I would so love to do this world cruise...and I have heard good things about Regent Seven Seas! Would have to win the lottery though.

    Mr. Grinch sure gets around. I know that it's winter in Australia when it's summer here, but do they really celebrate Christmas in July? I know we have people here showing Christmas movies and having short sales in July, and we have friends from Australia that we met on a cruise before, but I never asked if they do really celebrate Christmas in July?

    Totally agree on that Jan...would say the same thing. Also think that parents today want to bring the kids along on vacation more often since both mom and dad are working so much and want some special time with the kids.
