    Thanks. I think a short weekend before the wedding is just what we need to unwind a bit.

    If you are detail oriented and experienced that won't happen to you. The last travel agent we used screwed up the dinner reservations on my parents 60th anniversary cruise. Fortunately I knew exactly how to fix it immediately. TA are necessary for in experienced travellers and those that prefer not to do there own arrangements. Just my opinion.

    Wow! What a PR nightmare for Carnival. I don't understand why the dialysis machine wasn't carried aboard the ship by the family, or at least taken from them at the pier by the medical team on board. Of course I also understand that Carnival couldn't allow them to sail but they should have handled it differently from the beginning.

    Way too many ships in Europe! Glad they will be scaling back operations there. Maybe it will open an opportunity for new ports of call.

    When we did Explorer last year we only had 2 formals on a 9 nighter. Traditionally 10 nights have 3 formals.

    This is tough to answer.......You should be able to use a Next Cruise for OBC with any travel agent. The only problem I see with it is if the group has some sort of a discount rate and OBC, then you may not be able to use it. I'm sure there is fine print somewhere on the groups website. I would look into that.
