Hector pre-cruise dinner for the shirts are fine. No need to spend extra $$ to ship. Marylou Howie and I are a yes to Portofino's.

I like this tour because you can get on and off where you want or not at all. If you do it with the cruiseline you can't hop on and hop off, it's a straight tour.

We have cruised Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Yes, they are definitely more expensive. New Years is probably our favorite since it's so much fun. The ships have several big parties, balloon drops, champagne. Just a whole lot of fun. Christmas was special for us. My parents would join us and we would all gather in our cabin Christmas morning to exchange small gifts. We decorated our cabin with a small tree and we always took our stockings. Santa comes by life boat and brings all the kids gifts. They serve Egg Nog, carol, etc. We probably won't do Christmas again since we're having a grandbaby but we will do New Years again for sure.

We can either meet up and go together or we can do this individually. The stop for the cruise port is 17A on the map. The walk is anywhere from 1.5 to 3 city blocks according to the company and it depends upon where the Explorer dock. You can buy tickets at the trolley the day of the tour if you wish

Hector can you check to see if the t-shirts are pre-shrunk cotton????? and if they are unisex?????? That could make a big difference to everyone.

Jackie we did it B2B on Radiance and everything was exactly the same except 1 dinner menu. It was interesting to be on the ship for the turn around but don't think we would do it again since the entertainment and all the activities are the same. I guess if we really needed the rest it would be a possibility.

I've gotten pretty good at packing and usually don't bring home much in the way of clean things. The cold weather vacations are a challenge for us like Alaska and Canada/NE will be in September

Hector Howie and I will also go for the shirts. Can you check on the quality of the t-shirt. Is it pre-shrunk 100% cotton? I'm assuming we're talking white? Toni I haven't done the airfare yet. I'm the only other one who's flying. I'll start that as soon as we make final payment. We are pretty flexible since our son will be working the office for us. Marylou the time for the slot pull is fine for us. Give everyone a chance for a late breakfast if they want.
