    I am diamond plus on RC but have started cruising on other lines because of the huge jump from Diamond Plus to Pinnacle. It is such a big jump I know I will never achieve it (unless of course I hit the Powerball lottery for mega-millions)

    Larry - I'm so sorry to hear your wife's illness changed your travel plans but happy she is now well and you found lots of good from it. I think every travelers worst nightmare is being ill in a foreign country and having to depend on strangers. Glad it all worked out and you are looking to return there

    On our cruise next March we will be doing a repeat excursion in Antigua. We rarely take ship excursions and never repeat them but this is the exception. We just loved that Catamaran cruise with lobster lunch offered by Celebrity. Lovely beaches and a huge lobster cooked on the deck while we were all swimming in the beautifully clear water.

    Debbie - I could really get my count up if we counted the Staten Island Ferry. I lived in Staten Island and worked in Manhattan for 5 or 6 years so I rode it 10 times a week X 50 weeks (2 weeks off for vacation) X nearly 6 years would add about 3,000 cruises to my total. Believe me though we did not consider those trips a luxury cruise.
