I must agree with Cheryl here. We love our balconies and spend a lot of time out there, reading, relaxing and watching the world float by. To us, there is nothing better than spotting land while eating breakfast out there each morning and for some reason a nightcap always tastes better under the moon. Just our opinion.

Hi everyone - we are back from our Grandeur cruise and despite hurricane Ernesto and a broken rudder on the Grandeur we had a terrific time. I really hope none of our Cruise Crazies friends were scheduled to leave on the Grandeur yesterday as that cruise has been greatly altered due to the mechanical problems with the ship and hurricane Florence bearing down on Bermuda. We were more than 8 hours late getting into port due to the rudder problems. The Grandeur is a great ship - showing a little wear and tear but not enough to bother us and the food and service were great. I will try and get a review done by the end of the week. It's good to be back home and it looks like I have a lot of catching up to do here.

Have a great time in Hawaii timecop. We can't wait to hear all about it.

For me it is that first step from the gangway onto the ship. I love that feeling that I am no longer on solid ground.

Since we started out over a year ago I didn't think we would ever make it to SDM status but we did. I'm looking forward to having company this weekend but in a way I can't wait for them to leave - then the suitcases come out and the fun begins.
