JoanandJoe. We went to Bermuda on our honeymoon nearly 40 years ago and stayed at the Elbow Beach Hotel. Since then we have cruised to Bermuda more than 20 times and we always go back to Elbow Beach to sit on the beach and have lunch or a drink at the hotel. No trip to Bermuda would be complete without a trip there. Perhaps you could visit some of the places you were on your honeymoon. Over the years Bermuda has changed very little and it is still our all time favorite place to cruise to.

I feel that this is definately not the case of "bigger is better". I think they have gone way overboard on this. Can you imagine the crowds? No thanks - not for us.

Thanks for the pics Eagle_forest. We had 9692 on the Voyager for our last 3 cruises so we specifically requested it on the Explorer. We get the best of both worlds....DH gets the sun near the railing and I get the shade closer to the cabin.

Sorry - won't be sailing with you but will be on the May 19th Explorer 9 day cruise from Cape Liberty and can't wait. We also have an aft balcony cabin (9692). I'll be sure to post a review when we return.

A quick look at our cruises and I come up with 171 days at sea with 18 more coming in 2006.

so far we have 2 booked - May 19th Explorer of the Seas to Eastern Caribbean and then September 1st on Grandeur of the Seas to the Western Caribbean to celebrate our 40th Anniversary.

My TA does not watch the prices but I do. When I see a price reduction for cabins in the same category I call my TA and they fix it for me.

Ann - Your table number should be on your sign & sail card. As soon as we met friends we were sailing with and compared cards we realized we were not seated together as requested. We went right to the Dining room and they fixed it for us right away.
