Hello, I truly sympathize with you as i have been there before....... Only thing i guess i could come up with is...........no offense...you and i and whoever are only one customer.....how many does this TA have ????..1.2...11.44..66..99....???? Then to check multiple times a day every day for every customer......i guess it could get overwhelming especially for a new TA. I know it's a crapshoot...luckily we all find our one great TA.....i did a while back but he got out of the business and moved north....... Again...good luck and i truly hope things work out for you............. :grin:
