Nowadays, the Tums one looks good!

On our cruise last week, we just got into St. Kitts and it was pretty windy. We got off the ship, and I was taking a picture of the "Welcome to St. Kitts" sign and there was a great disaster. My CruiseCrazies hat blew off my head and went right into the Caribbean. It was last seen floating toward St. Thomas. If anyone finds it, let me know. There is a great reward coming to you!

Cindy and i are not very picky eaters. We'll eat most foods. Maybe there,s a restaurant with a private room in the area that could accomodate our group and we can order from their regular menu.

The train goes mainly around part of the coast. There are a few other islands, quite a few small towns and lots of beaches. There is also lots of sugarcane. You can get the feel as to how the real people live on this island. You get to see the workers in the fields, and the children in school. On the train, there is a group of children who sing, and someone constantly serving drinks. They also give out some type of coconut and sugar cookies that were very good. To us, this was a pretty unique way to see the real island, not just another beach and tourist shops.
