No I'm not saying this is not true, But you can't find anything on this happening, It just amazes me how fast thing get swept under the table with the cruises lines. John scalise12 Going back to the article, I see that almost everything about the article is fake. Searching the internet, and there is no organization of that name. The city, San Narciso is a fictional town from a novel called "The Crying of Lot 49" by Thomas Pynchon. Even the names that they use in the article are truly ridiculous. It goes over the top quoting a bartender named Isaacs (The Love Boat). This article is fake, and doesn't try to hide it. None the less, I didn't pick it up at first.

What is strange about the story is the note at the bottom of it: © 2011. All stories are works of satire and parody. WOW, John, you're right. I missed that totally. That does change everything.

My experience on RCCL is that they do not cater to any particular group. The cruisers on all of our RCCL cruises have been as diverse as any cruise we have been on.

Welcome to the board, Panda. You found a great place to talk about cruises. The people here are really quite friendly. I think you'll love it here.

We've never had a problem on any ship with customer service. You will see reviews that talk badly about particular ships customer service, but just remember that is only one person out of thousands that is complaining. If you don't know the person, it is very difficult to evaluate the situation.

RCCL has really made te BIG ship experience great. We have sailed RCCL, and loved all of ourcruises on them. We've been on the Voyager Class ships, and loved the experience.

Our favorit line is Princess. We have also cruised on RCCL, Carnival, Celebrity, and HAL. We haven't cruised on Carnival since about 2003 so I'm not really sure that the product is quite the same as it was then. We're cruising in January on Carnival. I will be able to let you know then. We have never found a great difference between any of the lines, so i don't think we will this time either.
