Just remember, nothing is free. For every item that you get for free on a cruise, but never use, you still pay for it in your cruise fare. If a cruise does become a la cart, then you will only pay for what you use. In the long run, it may be cheaper, therefore you'll be able to cruise more often
I just read an article about saving lounges on a cruiseship. We all know that the rules for saving seats is rarely enforced. The thought is that there may, sometime in the future be a charge for chair rentals around the pools. Ships are already charging for adult-only areas to lounge in. Do you think that rental of prime pool chairs will come about? What other things will cruiselines charge for in the Future?
Very nice review, MaryLou. I'm glad your 1st experience on Princess was a good one. I also think that Princess has some of the smallest cabins, but that never bothered me. Glad you enjoyed the cruise.
