    We have never sailed Cunard, but have sailed HAL. We prefer Princess to HAL, but that's very subjective.

    We're not booked on that cruise. We're doing New England/Canada next year. The Crown Princess is one of my favorite ships. Lots to do at all times. Enjoy!!

    Hi, Beckyall, and welcome to CruiseCrazies. We have never sailed from Galveston either, but have sailed during hurricane season also. e have been diverted from one port to another, but that never took away anything from the cruise. Just understand that if there is a hurricane out there, the Captain will keep the ship out of harms way.

    I'm pretty sure that you can count to 37. Just do that a million times and you'll be on the Explorer.

    Just in case anyone wanted to know, we just went under 37 million seconds until the cruise (but who's counting).

    We'll wait and see what the prices are. There are remote lots for the airport in the area. There is a PARK TO GO lot 4 minutes away for $11/day. If it's cheaper to get a hotel room over night, then we may just do that.

    Hi everyone. Just got back from a week in Phoenix touring around Arizona. First time at the Grand Canyon. Quite a humbling experience. The weather was hot, but the temp was about the same as it would have been here in the Philly area. 7 PM would be fine for us also for MTD. Drinks pre and post dinner also sounds fine. OK now I have to go unpack. I'll be back.

    I did make my reservation online. I didn't realize that you can't make changr=es online if you didn't book thast way.

    I just changed our reservation to my time thru the RCCL web site. Very easy. If we decide to change back, hopefully there will be no problem.

    I have never used a service, but I did price it once. There are other private services that are cheeper than $170/bag. Look around and you can get better prices.
