    Rose what about if you go to home depot get a small sheet of metal...paint it frame it... and place the magnets on it then you can hang the frame.. good idea? or bad idea?

    Being the control freak as i am... I tend to check daily if they have the statements on the stateroom TV.. if not i usually ask the pursers desk to pull the portfolio twice a week to check for errors.. We really don't have a budget.. we spend what we want .. however we do go into the cruise with a good guesstimate of what we plan to spend.. and Yes we have gone over budget... especially if David sees a piece of Linda LeKinff art he wants..

    The closest would be the one we normally sail from San Pedro(port of los angeles) which is 35 miles away..Carnivals port in Long Beach about 39 miles ...

    While Cruising what souvenirs do you tend to collect?

    While you are on a cruise... how often do you keep tabs of your On Board Charges?? Daily? Do you wait until the end of the cruise and go "surprise"? Do you set a budget for yourself ? Have you gone over your budget ?

    David hasnt been to Key West before.. so we may add that to our pre cruise mix.. of course that would be an overnighter.. that means we would have to fly in afew days early rent a car and .....blah blah blah i think if memory serves KW is about a 3 hour drive from MIA? can anyone confirm?

    You are correct Howard... that is what the fee is supposed to be for..to include tips for everyone..now with that being said .. if you have a harpist and he/she plays a request then a little something extra is always nice..

    Good for you!! we only had it happen once on our Mediterranean cruise... it was about 36 hours late coming into Barcelona.. but we did have it before the cruise... it only contained our evening clothes.. I was FREAKED!
