Nice cash cow for small cities ...... also great to have cruise ports dotted around the States making it possible for more people to get to a nearby port easily.

It's about time!!! Sorry I feel so strongly about this ..... speaking as an ex-smoker, thank heavens I gave up 40 years ago! What really ices my cupcake is when walking along the "smoking" side of the pool deck, which I try to avoid at all costs, but it happens .... I virtually try to hold my breath the length of the deck because the smoke smell is so offensive and of course dangerous. We also don't go into the casino either because even though they have a "nonsmoking" side that awful smell permeates the entire area. OK, OK, I'll get off my soapbox now! ? ? I do hope ALL cruise lines follow suit though. I have often wondered why, if they are still wanting to pander to the smokers, they don't make a smoking area at the stern on one of the decks.

It's been a while since I have cruised other cruise lines. We have cruised Royal Caribbean for the past couple of years and I have only one complaint on Royal ..... the beds!!! They are so hard and I wake up in the morning hardly able to move, no kidding. i know there are others here who have cruised on a variety of cruise lines lately and would love to hear which one you think has the most heavenly beds.

Question ..... where are they finding the dead fish or are they killing the fish to produce their bio fuel?

So disappointing when these unforeseen issues occur, but at least the cruise line stepped up to the plate and compensated the passengers appropriately.

We love cruising out of Seattle, it would be nice to have more options available.
