Mercedes, hope you have an awesome trip. There are a chain of restaurants across Paris by the name of Indiana Tex-Mex. They are in no way what we think of as far as mexican restaurants - not much mexican food on the menu, but they do have the best nacho's I have ever had. Hubby loved their cheeseburgers too. If you have never been to Versailles, it is definitely worth a trip to. Just a word of warning, unless things have changed at the palace in the past few years, they will charge you to use the restroom, so make sure you go beforehand....

This upcoming cruise is the only one we have not booked thru CruisesOnly. I booked this one directly thru Carnival, using a travel planner that Maria recommended. Our planner told me that one of the advantages of booking directly thru them was that I would get any prices drops which would not occur with CruisesOnly. I did not know that C.O would give you the lower rate if you had not paid the total cost yet. Previously, their prices were greatly discounted, but the past few have been about the same cost as the actual cruise lines and according to our agent at Cruises Only, that was because they bought large blocks of cabins on each ship and they got a discounted price and passed it on, but they no longer get those price breaks. Don't know if this is really the case or not. After talking directly to Carnival and getting the same price thru them, but with some incentitives thrown in, I don't see any reason to use Cruises Only again. Regardless, I hope you have a marvelous trip....

Bev, if I had either of those, I would gladly give them to him, but even thugh we have been on the Fantasy a few times, don't have pins from it. Both of the ones that I know where they are came from the Destiny...

Great picture Howard, I notice you are also donning the Cruise Crazy pin. I started to ask why you had on what looks like a sweater on a cruise, but then remembered you went to Alaska. All 10 of our cruises, and our upcoming one, have all been to the Caribbean and it is always hot! You look very dapper in your photo. Have you posted the other pics taken on your cruise yet?

To tell you the truth, I couldn't really tell you. Hubby has one on his hat and I came across another one the other day, but I have no idea what has happened to all of them....

Our Docs never have our middle initials on them, so you have no problem at all. They have never even mentioned it to us...
