Nanapinky, I always bring an extension cord, but not sure about the 3 prong outlet. I am thinking they have to have 3 prongers because I always take my laptop. I have a new laptop now but I think the old one that I took before also had a 3 prong plug. We didn't have wifi in the cabin, but I always use it to download the pics from the digital camera. My old digital only held 22 pics so we had to download them almost every day. I got a new digital and the card that Greg got for it holds over 500 pics so I may not tote the laptop along this time. Another thing I always bring along is a small alarm clock. They do have wake-up calls, but there are no clocks in the cabins and I always like to know what time it is, especially when I wake up during the night.

I'm not sure about the Traveler's Checks either. If you have an American Express card, they will cash a personal check for you though. I can't remember the amount limit, may be $200 or $300. There is also an ATM onboard but I am sure there is a surcharge on it. If they don't cash Traveler's Checks, your best bet may be a bank near Disney. Some banks, TCF and Washington Mutual, are open 7 days a week...

Mebert, I have never had a room on a ship with adjoining doors. Have had them in hotels and I don't think they is any more of a noise factor than with a wall there. I wouldn't think your tv would disturb your neighbors unless it was absolute blaring, and I doubt that you would do that, so I think you should be fine. Hopefully someone who has had the door between cabins will be able to address the situation from experieince.
