  1. BON VOYAGE! Have a great cruise!
  2. Martha, as MaryLou and Rose said, I totally understand. A Hawaiian cruise is on our bucket list too. I will miss meeting you and Lee but I'm sure there will be another time!
  3. I just know that Zack can't do late seating.... but if it ends up that the group doesn't want to have MTD than we will be perfectly happy with our current early seating with you and Jim Has anybody else said that they have early seating also?
  4. BON VOYAGE SUZIE! Have a great cruise!
  5. Maybe we should start something on the Roll Call....
  6. It looks like this group is going to be bigger than the Connie group The more the merrier BTW....how many are considering changing to My Time Dining?.....We will if there are a good number that are....Who knows, we may just do it anyway!
  7. We booked first seating but are considering changing to MTD. I think it was mentioned awhile back about the possibility of the group going that route.....We have plenty of time to decide
  8. Welcome Lisa! I am really looking forward to meeting new Crazies and getting together again with some from the Connie cruise group. This is going to be great!
  9. World's Toughest Fixes: Cruise Ship Engine Repair on NatGeo (National Geographic Channel) 3 - 4 pm today, Sat., 4/24...
  10. Just put in my vote....thanks Rose!
  11. That cruise clock is still bothering me. It says the cruise is 17 months from TODAY....It's a week off. I know, no big deal....but it will be the closer we get to the cruise. I know, I have too much time on my hands...LOL!
  12. Yes, we just went on our own. We were staying in a hotel near Peggy's Cove and just went there on our own and the same with Acadia/Cadillac Mtn.. In Bar Harbor they have a shuttle bus system - http://exploreacadia.com/. In Nova Scotia, it would probably be best to go on a tour....but I will research it more.
  13. I totally agree....a must-see when you're in Nova Scotia!
  14. I think it's the same show I've seen before also. Very enlightening!
  15. I was just paging through some of the possible excurisions that RCI has to offer for their Canada/New England cruises. They have a lot of good ones. Zack and I will probably just go on our own since we've been to all these places before.....unless someone comes up with a cheaper private excursion or two that we would join. It's so far away, I know I don't have to make any decisions now. I just like to dream!
  16. Maybe the red cartoon guy added the extra week! HA! HA! HA!
  17. There's something I just noticed with all of our cruise clocks - they have an extra week in there. The cruise is 17 months from TOMORROW and the clocks say 17 months...1 week...and 1 day. I think it should say 17 months and 1 day.....
  18. I know we had her March 1 - 8, 2009. I'm sure I filled out the journal but if I left something out and you need more info, I can get it from my cruise journal
  19. Sorry....I just couldn't resist. You know I love you guys
  20. I guess by being a native Michiganian, those temps don't look so bad to me...LOL! Who knows, Mother Nature might just fool us. And of course some members of the group are full of a lot of hot air..........never mind .......just kidding
  21. I just researched some average temps for each of the ports but each and every one of them said these averages can vary quite a bit in September (on the warm side) especially in Nova Scotia. Portland, Maine - September Avg. Low = 48; Avg. High = 69. Bar Harbor, Maine - September's Avg. Temp. = 59. St. John, New Brunswick- Avg. Fall Temp = 56. Halifax, Nova Scotia - Avg. Fall Low = 41......Avg. Fall High = 68. Boston, MA- September Avg. Low = 57....Avg. High = 72.
