  1. Same here with the credit card.......what Rose said Howard, Zack is really looking forward to meeting you too. He talks to me about radio stuff and my eyes just glaze over..LOL
  2. Steve, I'm glad that you and Lynda came to that conclusion. Knowing my hubby, he will have a lot to say about "quantum physics" Oh....and I can taste my Cosmo right now Howard.....Zack is looking forward to talking to a fellow Ham...
  3. I just remembered to post this cruise to "Who's Cruising" (formerly Meeting Hall).
  4. Congrats Jenn! Alaska is also my favorite place to cruise! Just a month away?....better start packing!
  5. One thing that sold us on this cruise was that we could drive there. It might take us 2 days but at least we don't have to fly! Rose, we haven't figured out what Evin will do. My brother lives nearby in the same city, so we thought maybe he could check up on him. It's a ways away....I'm sure we'll figure something out.
  6. Howard, I'm glad that you and Cindy are joining us again.....and Martha, I'm really looking forward to meeting you and Lee! It looks like Zack & I are going to be all alone on Deck 7. Oh well, maybe somebody else will join us down there.... I've never been on the Explorer but have been on Adventure. I assume since they're sister ships that they are very similar.
  7. Thanks!....and since we've been to every one of these cities before (except for NJ), maybe I can help with the excursions...I know it's a long way off but half the fun will be the planning. I hope we get a whole shipload of Crazies to join us!
  8. Well, we did it! Cabin #7612...at the beginning of the hump. I've NEVER booked this far in advance before.... I booked it on the RCI website also.
  9. Our usual is a midship balcony. I just talked to Zack and told him it's a go. He didn't say yay or nay, so I guess that's a good sign. He did think the prices were good.
  10. Thanks MaryLou....I did notice that it did say "obstructed view" on the aft E1's. I think we will probably go with the usual balcony room...
  11. Thanks, I think I found them. They are E1....if I'm reading it right.
  12. MaryLou, does EOS have extended aft balconies like on the Connie. If so, do you know what category they are? I'm having a hard time figuring it out on the website. I am going to, for sure, tell Zack that it's cheaper to book now. Am I ever getting excited....and it's 17 months away!
  13. It sounds great MaryLou! Thanks to you and Rose for all the time and work you've put into this. I'm not so sure I could get Zack to book this early, but I will work on it! He does want to go so maybe it won't be so hard to convince him
  14. In my defense.....I wasn't a member then!
  15. That's a YES from me on the Explorer....if you're asking....9 days is the perfect length!
  16. A new Cruise Review is now available: Ship Name: Adventure Of The Seas Sailing date: 3/21/2010 Author: coloradocruisers View Review
  17. Great review, Lynn! So glad you enjoyed Royal! Welcome back!
  18. My first choice would be to wait for Princess.....second choice would be Explorer.
  19. I agree 110%.....the friendliest and most knowledgeable cruise site on the web...hands down!!!
  20. Lynn!! Have a fabulous cruise!!!
  21. Kevin! Looking forward to hearing all about your cruise and your impressions of AOS!
  22. As far as I'm concerned, you can take the Celebrity cruise out of the running. Lynn, I was also on the Constellation cruise last November....w/o my family. I had a fabulous time. And yes, the Martini Bar was the nightly highlight Steve, I'm so glad you and Lynda were there to calm us down MaryLou, maybe you should be researching "Martini Bars at sea" - LOL!! Seriously....thanks for doing all this research. I can't wait 'til all the itineraries are in and we can vote!
