So glad that you enjoyed the Norwegian Sky. That was our first ship....fond memories. We never had a problem getting seated for dinner either. Also I would like to add that we sailed on the Norwegian Sun to Alaska and had the best and most attentive service on that sailing than any other since or before. I do understand why some people would not like the Freestyle Cruising. It's all in what you're used to, I guess. But since 'Freestyle' was our first cruise experience, we didn't know any different.

I just got a "Schedule Change Advisory" from NW Airlines. Alls it boils down to is leaving 35 minutes later...less layover in Memphis....and arriving in Miami 5 minutes earlier. I'm glad they inform me of such things but it makes me wonder how many more of these 'advisories' I'm going to get.

That is absolutely CRAZY! I'm not interested in a ship that size either!

Thanks!....I have a nice red cocktail dress that I've worn once and there's no way it would fit now unless I lost about 20 pounds...we shall see Anyway.....I always have to get new clothes, period, before a cruise! It's just one of my rules

I know I'm planning on using the ship's laundry at least once. As far as the 3 formal nights - I think I'm going to have 3 different gowns and/or cocktail dresses. I've got 2 now and been looking for a third.
