You go on a cruise for a week and eveything happens. Welcome Lauren and John Polo for men, T-Shirts for women. That was easier than voting for a new President! Loved the discussion. We are coming up on 400 days till the cruise!

We are back in KC. Talked to a couple who were on this excursion. They said three people were swept off a rope just crossing the river and had to be rescued before they even started tubing. Jackie is right, they sent the people off without a guide. All other cave tubing excursions cancelled because of the fast moving, high water. We received a letter while on board with a general explanation and stated that Carnival is investigating the accident and the excursion has been suspended. I have been on many excursions where I thought the saftey measures were excellent. Still can't believe they let this happen.

We are back in Orlando at my nephews. Yes, we were on the Glory but did not hear about the accident until the next morning. Will fill you all in tomorrow after we get back home.
