    Judson, I saw that about Delta on the news last night. It's like the airline industry doesn't like people going on a cruise! Our flights on Southwest in Sept do not charge anything for the second bag so we are lucky!

    We have never missed a port so far. Won't make any difference in Sept with "Gramps" because we are pretty limited to what we can do.

    Ed, we have not sailed on the Valor but had some friends that did. They really enjoyed the cruise. Said the food was great and the ship was in good shape. This was about a year ago.

    Judson, congratulations on receiving your docs. I'm jealous, will never get Lynda to go anywhere that is not at least 80 degrees! Ruth we would love to have you and Robert join us on the cruise. Maybe it will work out hope so!

    Lynda's sister and husband invited us on our first cruise. We had been talking about going for years but with work, kids, parents living with us we never seemed to have time. We fell in love with cruising the first day and have never looked back. We sailed on the Carnival Miracle's first cruise out of Jacksonville. That was 4 years ago and we are getting ready to go on our 7th cruise in Sept. Guess we decided we had waited long enough!

    Been watching Dolly. The area we were in two weeks ago for the wedding got quite a bit of rain but will miss the worse of her.

    Spent some time at Glynco Naval Air Station in the 60's. St Simon was the place to go. Beaufiful island. Do they still have the paper mill plant in the area? No the greatest smell! Enjoy your stay rain or shine!
