    We have always had friends or relatives with us so have had tables for four but would not mind a larger table. We have met many really nice people at breakfast and enjoy it. We perfer the late seating. Seems to be a little more relaxed and layed back than the early setting. For me dinner is one of the best parts of the day and don't want to feel rushed.

    We don't care for the production shows. Have found they are a good place to take an involuntary nap!

    Joey.....Looks like we are pretty much in agreement on the HAL cruise. Good choices of islands. Have been to most of them but the repeats are all great. $600 seems steep for a deposit but that is just a sign of the times. Seems everyone wants to use your money for free! We still want to look at the others.

    We took a taxi about three years ago and as I remember it cost about 50 dollars to downtown Long Beach. We used the shuttle service with Carnival going back to the airport and I think that was about 40 dollars. That was three years ago bet its not any cheaper now!

    In at midnight or 1AM and up at 6-6:30. I'm a morning person plus a power nap in the afternoon on sea days helps!

    We have never used the service. We pack enough clothes and besides we are on vacation, laundry can wait!

    We plan like Howard. I do the research on two to three different cruises then we pick one. After that it's back to me to arrange cruise, transportation, hotels etc.

    Joey....I forgot, doesn't make much difference to us where the balcony room is on the ship. Not in it enough to make much of a difference.

    That is a great idea! We should have good enough communication to pull that off. We would probably want a balcony room. I take some of my best power naps on the balcony!

    The money they have saved with those new bag tags should cover their increases in fuel! I agree with Joey just add it to the total and don't break it out.

    Congrats on getting your docs! Those bag tags are bad. We had them the first time last month. Staple them, tape them and pray the luggage gods are on your side!

    Ed....It is just so easy to get in and out. Doesn't hurt that we have relatives living in Orlando so we can visit and cruise on the same trip. The drop off area is great and also the parking. No shuttle is needed to get to your car if you drove.

    That's great news. Port Canaveral is our favorite port and now we can try Royal Caribbean.
