My neighbors played on Princess and did not take their own clubs. Probably could have but at any rate they absolutely loved it and had no complaints about the instructor or the equipment that was provided. That was in fact all they ranted and raved about because their experience was sooo good. I forget now which Princess ship they were on though as it was a while ago. Wait..think it was Sapphire but can't swear to it. They have since moved. Hope someone else knows more first hand for ya!
