Well shoot! That means I missed one! I guess I'll have to make up for it by eating and drinking double on the next one, LOL!

We do collect those kinds of things from every ship - at minimum, a magnet and an ornament of the ship. We usually end up with a t-shirt or 3 as well...and all the daily papers...and whatever else catches my eye, LOL!

I am one of those lucky ones that can (and do!) drink coffee around the clock! I thought Princess' coffee was pretty good on this last cruise - even in the buffet. Celebrity had pretty good coffee as well. We do like the specialty coffees from the International Cafe on Princess ships as well!

We always attend those parties...but I don't recall having one on our 4-day sailing with RCCL....... maybe I just missed the invite!

I wonder if different cruise lines have different policies about that? It would be worth knowing beforehand!

Carol, According to Disney's literature the regular children's clubs are included in the fare and available for 2 year olds. Babysitting after certain hours is available for a fee...but I'm not sure what those hours are. I remember thinking when I read it that they had a pretty generous policy. I say go for it - how fun will that be!

I'm in - I will try to be better about Bon Voyaging, etc. I have really benefited from joining in the posts so want to encourage others to do the same. This truly is the friendliest cruising community on the web! One thing, I've noticed, though, and I hope this doesn't sound cynical...some of the new member names sound like the email names from whom I receive spam emails and plugs to buy things. So I was trying to look at their profiles and I find that they don't put together any kind of profile. Is there a problem with spam? Is there a way to figure those out? Or maybe I should just err on the side of welcoming them and not worry about it. I, also, am new to the community so don't know what the history has been with that kind of thing.

Great review, John! We've only done one HAL cruise...on the Ryndam - I think it's time to try them again.... I love the sound of "quiet music" by the pool and not too mahy announcements/interruptions! Glad you enjoyed Aruba and Curacao - we did as well!

Haven't done Europe yet so would have to choose Euope. We've talked about flying to Europe, doing a cruise that ends up at a place and time to do a transatlantic cruise back over...

Will watch for your review, Cheryl! I have not had the pleasure of sailing on that ship class but would very much like to. Also didn't know they switched to points....I'll have to see how that worked out for us - we had just made the next level up....can't remember what it is called...... Glad you enjoyed your cruise!
