I can only go by the service I had with them and it was wonderful. I use them for my groups because their booking summery is so much easier to read and keep track of. The pricing has be very competetive or beats what the cruise line offer me. I have not done single customer service with them, mine are usually groups of 15 and up. Very Happy!!!
