    I've never been to St. John's, yet. But with such a short time frame, I would go through the cruise line. That way if there is an issue getting back to the ship, they wait for you. Otherwise, you are on your own.

    Things like this are really hard to know what the truth is unless you were there. So many things can be misunderstood or misinterpreted.

    Ok, so...did a cruise with the extended family (mom, dad, all siblings, left husband and son at home). I can honestly say that I will never do that again. It was a disaster!

    On RCCL formal nights, you see a lot of variety. Like someone else said above, it seems to be more semi-formal, but we have seen people in tuxedos and formal gowns, although the majority seem to be not quit that fancy.

    I've always gone through RCCL. But I think I may try a TA next time and see if it really is better.
