Going on the Oasis Jan. 18, 2014. Anyone else going?

My thoughts are with the injured toddler and their family. I hope the toddler is ok. I don't mean to sound insensitive by saying this but here goes...Perhaps this is a little reminder for parents to keep a close eye on their children.

I agree. I've been on 7 cruises and have never gotten the norivirus. I don't know why people make such a huge deal out of it. I have a friend who has the impression that cruise ships are filthy and won't go on a cruise no matter what I say to convince him otherwise. I guess Ignorance is bliss. People go to resorts in Cuba and Dominican and get sick from eating different food and they still go back year after year! I don't know why anyone would make excuses to not experience the most exciting mode of travel (cruising).

The best part for me is as soon as my feet are planted on the ship all of my worries and worldly cares are taken away. I love standing on the top deck at night and looking up at the starry sky thanking God for this moment. This is only one of my favourite things as there are many many favourite moments.
