DeniseN
I've only done the Western itinerary. I really enjoy Cozumel (love Carlos n Charlies and snorkeling at Chankanaab) I'd love to hear where everyone else likes to cruise? BoatrideLover
We've only been to Nassau, Freeport, St. Thomas and St. Maarten, but without a doubt, hands down, St. Thomas is the most beautiful place we've ever seen!!
Lisa63
Barbados. The people were the friendliest we'd ever encountered.
rccruisers
We have cruised western, eastern, southern and even did the circle the caribbean before. If I had to pick the direction...it would be southern and my favorite port...St. Thomas. While writing this though I am thinking...you really like Cozumel, Curacao, Aruba, Key West, Grand Cayman and St. Maarten...are you sure you want to say...St. Thomas, LOL. B) Our least favorite ports are Ocho Rios, Jamaica and Nassau, Bahamas. :( Our favorite private island is...Labadee. ;)
Gizmo
I like them ALL. I like Eastern and Southern Caribbean better than Western. I just did the Mexcian Riveria and loved it. I would like to do the Sea of Cortez. It is difficult to pick out a favorite since I like each island for a different reason.
DaveEdwards
Aruba is my favorite stop in the Carribean. I also love Vancouver B.C. and New Orleans and my hometown of San Francisco. Gizmo, you will have to do the Sea of Cortez. Last April we were on a 12 day Ryndam cruise that did both the Mexican Rivera and the Sea of Cortez. I would recommend that itinerary highly. jbond
It's impossible to choose, like a lot of others, I love them all, and for different reasons. In the Caribbean, which do I like the the best historically, San Juan. Which do I like for beaches, St Thomas and also the prettiest harbour. Which one for fun, Cozumel, Carlos & Charlies and the Fury Cats take some beating. Which is the most romantic port we've ever visited, hands down, Venice. It's like a fairyland, especially at night. And sailing out of Venice is an unforgetable experience. I guess to answer the question, my favourite port is the one I happen to be in at any time.
