Most beautiful Caribbean island?

I think I will vote for Antigua overlooking Nelson's Dockyard and harbor. :thumbup:

They all have their beautiful spots. My favorite is Barbados - I think St. James Beach is lovely but the wild Atlantic coast is also beautiful.

I love the Baths area of Virgin Gorda - incredibly waters with those smooth boulders and the colorful fish darting about.

I, too, dearly love St john. We stayed there for a week, a number of years ago, and loved it more every day. I did have a wonderful experience in Martinique. We were there in january, and while touring the island passed a huge field of re poinsettias. I still have that picture in my mind, and although there was not much else about Martinique that struck me that sight was memorable. :rolleyes2:

Barbados is my absolute favorite in terms of beauty an people. DH's first experince stepping into the Caribbean was in St. Thomas and he will always love the beaches there.

If I was to choose on beach alone, it would have to be be Varadero, Cuba.
