OK, day two is usually a day at sea, so it's probably a frozen daquiri of some kind for Moneypenny and a bucket of Coronas for me. Evening is same as day 1.

I'd have to say amaretto & OJ or a 007 (Orange Vodka, Orange juice and 7-up). I love them on land or at sea!!
