What do you do in port?

It all depends on where I am. In the Caribbean, we would get one of the locals to give us a tour of the island; they know all the great spots and restaurants. In Europe we would wander around the town and do some souvenir shopping on our own in the morning and do an excursion with the ship in the afternoon. In Mexico we book excursions with the ship.

We do different things everytime. We went to Chankanaab Park for the first time this past October and it was in ruins after the Hurricane so we won't be doing that again for a while. It's fun to get off the beaten path and see the real people from time to time, of course if it's safe
