TheSkipper
Under sunny skies in Nagasaki, Japan, the new Diamond Princess was named today in a colorful ceremony which featured traditional Japanese festivities set against the state-of-the-art ship. The ship was delivered earlier in the morning to Princess Cruises by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. (MHI), builders of the 116,000-ton vessel. Shari2
I have yet to try Princess cruise line. I would really like to try one of their newer ships. Thanks for the story, Skipper!

TheSkipper
I think you would enjoy a Princess Cruise. One of the great perks for their frequent cruisers is FREE unlimited internet access while on board! For us computer nuts that is fantastic. We were in Europe aboard the Royal Princess last fall and kept in touch with the kids and our housesitter daily. The housesitter even sent us a picture of our puppy so we could see he was doing fine in our absense. Princess is right up there on my list of favorite cruise lines (in the main stream category). Silver Seas is our all time favorite, but a little pricey. We will be aboard the Sun Princess in April out of Ft. Lauderdale for 10 days. Fair winds and calm seas, The Skipper
