Welcome aboard, cruzencouple! I love the gif under your name.

I don't know specificially about Summit, but we had three formal nights on a ten-night cruise on a different ship. The second formal night turned out to be the least formal of the three. I'm sure someone who's been on Celebrity recently will stop by soon with an answer.
