Lisa63
We're considering a Norwegian Fjords cruise for next year, and are wondering if any of you have any experiences or advice to share. Thanks in advance...
TheSkipper
We did the Fjords a few years ago as part of a Northern Europe cruise. Very beautiful; however, I must admit standing on deck in July in a ski coat is not my ideal cruise experience. I am a warm weather cruiser I guess. Which probably explains why in 40 cruises I have never done Alaska. Of course being stationed on Adak in the Aleution Islands for a year also has a little to do with it. You will get some great pictures on this trip. Be sure and take a UV filter and a haze filter for your camera, will make for even better shots. We are looking forward to returning to Northern Europe to visit St. Petersburg in the next couple of years.
DaCruzNut
Brrrrrrr......... The only St. Petersburg I want to go to is about four hours north, on I-75, turn left at Tampa!
jbond
We did the Baltic in 2002 and visited Oslo, Norway. Not the fjords, but still very beautiful. We were there in early August and the weather was beautiful, warm and sunny. Would not hesitate to do it again.
GottaCruz
Sounds wonderful to me, but then, without any cruises booked right now, anything would sound wonderful to me.
