I have been trying to complete my documents on line as they have to be there before sale date. This is Celebrity. I can't get the form to let me type on it. Celebrity Cust. Ser. says their web site is not very customer friendly and suggests I get my travel agent to have Celebrity to Fax them a form , go there and fill it out and have the travel agent Fax it back to Celebrity. This seems like a hard way to do things. Anyone had this problem? Anyone know how to get this to work?? Thanks..

Welcome to CruiseCrazies!

We just cruised on Celebrity last December. We filled out all the forms on line without any problems. All we needed was our booking number.

You don't have to fill in the forms on line. You can fill them out when you get your docs prior to your cruise and turn them in when you check in. That is what most people do, anyway.

Thank you, I don't know why I am having a problem. Siesta key is very nice. We live north of there. Have a great vacation.

longdriver..my DH filled ours out online for our last cruise, also. Unless they have changed something, all he did was use our booking number and fill out the forms. It makes it easier when you get to the pier. Hope it works for you!

I just did ours for Celebrity Zenith online last Friday with no problems, as long as you get the booking number from the TA or from your documents. If you do it before your documents arrive, more is preprinted and it does expedite actual check in.
