baileybaby
Hi all, I was hoping I could get a little advice here. If our paperwork sayds they will start to load at noon what time should we get there? I was also wondering if we would feel out of place in the main dinning room since we are not used to formal dining. your answers are greatly appreciated! michelleJ
I haven't sailed yet but from what others have said, I think you can go a little earlier then noon. Don't worry about the formal stuff, just have fun with it and don't be afraid to try the stuff that has a funny name! Just ask the server or your table mates what things are! Have a great time! Lisa63
Hi baileybaby, and welcome to CruiseCrazies. Which port are you sailing from, and on what cruise line?
GottaCruz
We sail Carnival out of Miami and get to the port about 11:45 and walk right on the ship. As far as the dining room, it's a great opportunity to sample foods that you're not accustomed to and a great opportunity to meet people and have some tablemate memories. You can try it and if you don't enjoy it you could use the alternate dining . Cheryl
