Jason
Shari, you have a shot glass collection too?? How many shot glasses do you have? I've got about 50 something....mostly from the caribbean islands, and other tourist attractions and places I have been over the past several years. I'm curious to hear more about your collection! KeithnRita
Franki, How did you like the old Westerdam? We loved the ship, however, it did not seem to ride well in the rough seas on our cruise. For 1 or 2 days the dining rooms were only about half full because of the ill passengers and staff. We took the chewable motion sickness pills they gave us and were okay.
GottaCruz
The first time we were in Cozumel I bought this huge tote bag that I fugured I'd need to cart home all the souvenirs I planned to by. Since then, I've cut down drastically on the souvenirs so the huge tote bag has stayed home ever since and I use it for clean laundry. Very useful!!! Shari2
Jason...you have me beat! I have 29 shot glasses. I have some from quite a few states here in the US, and I have some from the carribean, and Hawaii, and Mexico, and from our recent Panama Canal cruise, with stops in Aruba and Costa Rica, etc. I have a few from some of the ships that I have been on, such as the, "Constitution," the, "Norway," and the, "Infinity." It's a nice collection, but I wish that I had started earlier...if I had, since I have been traveling since 1968, I probably wouldn't have a place to put everything! lol All but two of them are places I have been to and that I have personally bought. My daughters brought one back from Greece and Scotland for me. Whoops! I forgot about my Maine lobster shot glass. That should be 30! rogue
The 2 things we always get during our travels are a coffee mug and a deck of cards. The mugs are used all of the time, and they do bring back memories. The cards also bring back memories, but not as often. Howard
