usually not a costume party per se, but there will be folks dressed up though not everyone. We've cruised several times during Halloween and what usually happens is people end up at the disco and it becomes a kind of impromptu party. The kids on one of our Halloween cruises went trick or treating around the ship and had a costume parade.
