Jason
The Founder of easyJet Stelios Haji-Ioannou has given the OK for a fly-on-the-wall TV series about one of his cruise ships, according to reports. The entrepreneur is said to have inked a deal with a production company to portray everyday life at his easyCruise company. The series will be aired next summer, with an introductory show and eight hour-long instalments, as well as 20 half-hour uncut programmes for post-watershed viewers. It will not be the first time the Easy empire has invited in the viewing public - cameras caught every grimace and tantrum as passengers queued for easyJet. Stelios flies to Singapore this week to start filming. He said: "It'll be warts-and-all and it's going to be tremendous fun. "We'll be doing interviews for a cruise director who will be the star of the show. I'm looking for someone with a bubbly personality who is something of an actor." source: Stelios's cruise line to go on TV 4.34PM, Tue Sep 7 2004 ictv
