zima
I have been reading suggestions on items to pack on other boards. There has been some interesting suggestions. What is the #1 thing you never forget to take with you? I don't mean the usual stuff, clothes, comfy shoes, medicines...... I mean things like Duct Tape. Until this year we have never sailed with Duct tape but now that I know why folks carry it, we're taking some along. Let us in on your secrets!! chillhouse
Zima: I like to take a highlighter pen to mark events I want to do on the Cruise Compass (RCCL). And I take post-it notes to put on the mirror for either my husband or my son. I also take a journal and try to write in it every day (notice I said "try"!). FrankiRN
I can't cruise without my highlighter pen either. Also I love my over the door makeup bag from Mary Kay to keep makeup, lotions, perfume, meds etc out of the way and from taking up valuable bathroom space. DaCruzNut
Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens Brown paper packages tied up with strings Into my suitcase I pack all these things.... Cream colored ponies and crisp apple streudels Doorbells and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles Wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings Into my suitcase I pack all these things.... Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes Silver white winters that melt into springs Into my suitcase I pack all these things.... When the dog bites When the bee stings When I'm feeling sad I simply remember the things that I pack.... And then I don't feel so bad
Lisa63
A very small travel alarm clock, one that is battery operated. I know you can get a wake-up call, but I'd rather not be jarred by the phone ringing.
